MM-89 True Condenser Vocal Microphone New!

For over a decade, Electret Condenser Microphone (ECM) capsule has been fitted on both MIPRO wire & wireless handheld microphones and become preference of audio professionals.

However, ECM will age and performance affected over time due to temperature and humidity. Therefore, MIPRO creates new True Condenser Microphone (TCM) as a solution for the imperfections of ECM.

MU-89 TCM capsule module is a precision microphone unit and was designed by MIPRO founder. Proprietary exterior multi-layer metal grille protects the capsule to prevent impact and pop noise. The interior grille with fine metal mesh instead of sponge foam minimizes pop noise effectively and ensures sound clarity. The upper exterior grille is able to be detached easily for cleaning and hygiene practices.

MU-89 is available in cardioid and hypercardioid patterns. It provides superb directionality and feedback suppression and possesses wider frequency response and higher dynamic range for bright and detailed sound quality compared with ECM. Proprietary capsule suspension design eliminates vibrations and touch noise characteristics for natural sound reproduction.

External 12~52V DC phantom power is required for MM-89 microphone. It’s ideal for stage, broadcast, studios and musical hall applications.
