When the Hoppers felt the need to upgrade their microphones, they turned to Beyerdynamic. They had been impressed with the products while guest appearing with another leading group, singing through Beyerdynamic microphones and the MIPRO wireless system. At the National Quartet Convention in Louisville in September, they had a chance to view the systems and various options with Worship Resources, a Cincinnati, Ohio-based dealer for Beyerdynamic. Worship Resources made it possible for the Hoppers to audition the new "ACT - A" MIPRO wireless system from Beyerdynamic North America and the decision was easy.

Dean Hopper, who not only sings with the family group, but also handles sound-related duties and is a talented recording engineer, noted: "We just love the performance of these mics.
