Couples For Christ (CFC) is a non-profit
organization affiliated with the Catholic Church. Headquarters
are in Manila, Philippines with missions in many other countries.
Couples for Christ is a movement intended for the renewal and
strengthening of Christian family life. The members have committed
themselves to the Lord and to one another so that they may grow
in maturity as men and women of God and fulfill their primary
vocation of raising up families under the lordship of Jesus
Christ and for the service of the Kingdom of God. Most of its
members are married couples. CFC has a membership of over a
million lay Catholics, mostly Filipinos, in 132 countries.
Couples for Christ is a work of Christ which
raises up Christian couples and establishes Christian families
committed to the work of evangelization, winning the world for
Christ and Total Human Liberation through the power of the Holy
Spirit.
26th Couples for Christ Anniversary was held
in Rizal park-Luneta Grandstand, Manila, Philippines on June
24 with a crowd of 150,000 people.
The Musical director requires agile wireless
systems for the event and MIPRO ACT systems were chosen for
the task. Sandy David of BEATBOX Light & Sounds provided
the wireless systems. .
2 ACT-707D, 1 ACT-707DE diversity receivers
and 4 ACT-707H & 2 ACT-707HE handheld transmitter microphones
plus 1unit MR90 and ACT707T for the delay towers were used.
Mr. David commented, " ACT sysetms performed
flawlessly during the 12-hour performance as expected. The event
organizer was quite pleased with sound performances and look
forward to other events using the same systems" . |
