The Redemptoris Mater Archdiocesan Missionary Seminary in the Archdiocese of Armagh, Ireland, was founded in 2012 by Cardinal Sean Brady, Archbishop Emeritus of Armagh, to form priests who are both diocesan and missionary for what is known as the New Evangelisation. Archbishop Eamon Martin, Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All Ireland, recently presided at the official opening of the Seminary’s new premises, the former De la Salle brothers’ residence in De La Salle Terrace, Dundalk. The buildings have been completely refurbished to provide housing, worship and study areas for the sixteen young priests from eight different countries currently in training.

Titled “Chris Böhm Jam”, the contest lasts for two days, which was over 4 hours for the first day and another 2 hours on the second day. They were also doing several presentations, several jam sessions and a showcase, everything with BreakMX as Main Act.

Manufacturers and designers from 54 countries entered their current product innovations in the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2017. 39 experts from all over the world convened in Essen to assess each individual object live and in situ in a process spanning several days. Only designs that won over the jury with their high design quality were awarded the sought-after Red Dot.

England Golf, the governing body for amateur golf in England, has invested in several portable wireless PA systems from MIPRO in readiness for the coming season. The equipment will be used to announce players as they arrive at the tee as well as for pre- and post-event speeches and presentations. The systems may be used as self-contained, stand-alone systems or in conjunction with each other if broader coverage is required. Award categories span 25 Technical Achievement Categories and 8 Creative Achievement Categories. Two new categories were added this year, Audio Education Technology, and DJ Production Technology.

The Asia Beatbox Championship 2016, held by TWBEATBOX.com and sponsored by MIPRO, debuted its official microphone MIPRO MM-59B beatbox microphone! The Asia Beatbox Championship 2016 is the first international beatbox tournament in Asia and the biggest beatbox event in Asia. The championship was held in Taipei, Taiwan, on August 20th, 2016.

The Asian beatbox community is one of the fastest growing scenes in the world. In 2015, the organizers of TWBeatbox, Japan Beatbox Association (JBA), and Hong Kong Beatbox (HKB) decided to consolidate and form the Asia Beatbox Association and ultimately launch the Asia Beatbox Championship.

Chris Böhm was born and grew up near Leipzig, Germany. At the age of 15, he watched the Euro Sport X-Games Show on TV and fell in love with BMX Sports. Chris bought himself a BMX Bike and started to live his Dream.

The show “A Dialogue between Two Great Civilizations” was performed at the opening ceremony of the China-Egypt Cultural Year 2016 in Luxor Temple on the night of January 21.
